Refund policy

 

 

We accept returns on unworn, unstyled, or uncut Volume and Clip-In Extensions within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no refunds will be available.

 

 

To be eligible for a return, all merchandises must be in the original condition that you received it, with the safety seal still intact and unbroken. You’ll also need the Receipt or Order Number

- We do not accept returns or exchanges on Hatfalls as they are final sale items.

- We do not accept returns on customized wigs.
