My wife was looking for a new wig for the longest time. And I promised to get her one that was in our budget. I have bought her many wigs before and I'm sorry to say that none of them came close to the one she got from Irenes. The previous wigs she got where so much more expensive like over 2,500 and didn't do justice. After a year or so they became Lighter and had no life to them. She came home in her new wig and i was amazed at how natural it looks and I love the name to the wig "Dolce". Irene's Wigs uses 100% premium Brazilian hair known for its quality, resilience to humidity, and ability to hold styles effectively. Addionally, our Level collection is made of 100% premium Eastern European Hair. All hair used is kosher, and hechsher certification is available upon request.
3. Can I visit your showroom to try on wigs?
Yes, our showroom allows you to see and try on our full inventory of wigs, colors, and styles. While appointments are recommended for personalized consultations, walk-ins are welcome during our business hours.
4. Where are you located?

5. Can I purchase a wig if I'm not in New York?
Yes, you can! Our hatfalls and extensions are readily available for purchase online. For custom wigs, we offer virtual consultations where you can connect with a consultant via Facetime, WhatsApp, or Instagram Video. During the consultation, your consultant will showcase our range of wigs and styles, answer all your questions, and guide you through the purchase process. It's a convenient option that many of our customers choose, offering a personalized experience similar to visiting our showroom
6. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 6-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects such as shedding, balding, and knotting for all our wigs. Please note, the warranty for sale pieces is limited; contact us for specific details. Our Level handmade wigs do not cover lace, silk, ribbon, or cap materials under warranty. For any warranty claims or further information, please reach out to our customer service team.
