Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unworn, unstyled, or uncut Volume and Clip-In Extensions within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no refunds will be available.

To be eligible for a return, all merchandises must be in the original condition that you received it, with the safety seal still intact and unbroken. You’ll also need the Receipt or Order Number

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Hatfalls as they are final sale items.

We do not accept returns on customized wigs.
